The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing partnerships, whilst also identifying new organisation to work with. You will be able work under your own initiative to manage your workload, priorities, and meet deadlines.

What you will be doing: 

We are looking for a Partnership Development and Operation Executive to join our current Planning and Operations team in Cambridge/Oxford, UK.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing partners; exploring opportunities to bring new potential partners into the programme
• Participating in programme operations to understand the key information needed to maintain and develop partners
• Developing and implementing group’s global development strategy
• Other department responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (minimum requirement), that was taught in English and is equivalent to a UK bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or PhD
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Partnership Development.
• Excellent written and communication skills, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Independent and able to work under pressure to produce quality work with fixed deadlines.
• Confident Office software skills.

Position Title: Project Development Assistant Manager

Job Type: Full Time

About the position:

The candidate will be required to design and develop contents for new training projects/products for the company based on the marketing research. Also, the candidate will involve in the organisation of our training programmes as well as supporting the company’s partnership development in the UK. Furthermore, we are expecting the candidate to provide a timely, positive and professional administrative service to the Operations and Partnership Department to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Cambridge office.

The successful candidate is expected to be able to work under strict project deadlines, have good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Major Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Working closely with the Head of the Department to ensure that all projects/products are delivered on time;
• Communicating with Marketing team to understand the concept and requirement of each project/product and working alongside the Marketing team to assist with development of sales and promotional material related to the projects/products;
• Developing, planning and executing training projects, ensuring that summer and winter projects are running smoothly;
• Providing a professional support to the Partnership Development team to assisting the company’s expansion in the UK.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (minimum requirement), that was taught in English and is equivalent to a UK bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or PhD;
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral;
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build effective working relationships;
• Independent and able to work under pressure to produce quality work with fixed deadlines.
• Confident IT skills (especially the use of Microsoft Word and Excel).
